Susan started working for Dr. Ludwig in 1991. She has enjoyed every minute that she has been with the practice. The practice has wonderful patients and a great staff and Susan loves working with them. Susan and her husband have two daughters. Her oldest is married and they have blessed us with two granddaughters. In her spare time, Susan enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Pamela is thrilled to join Ludwig Dental team in May 2023. She loves going to the dentist herself, so she's excited to work alongside the caring staff and patients. A south bay resident since 1993, Pamela dotes on her son, beloved grandpuppies, and sunny beach walks. With a passion for pearly whites, Pamela is sure to brighten any visit to Ludwig Dental.

Melissa began her dental career in 2003. She has worked in Periodontics as a Registered Dental Assistant most times before she became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2014. Melissa considers herself fortunate to have focused her career in both periodontics and general dentistry. Her job gives her the opportunity to work with people to better understand their periodontal health, support and motivate them to have better dental and health care. She makes sure the patients are comfortable, and very attentive to patient's needs. When not working, she likes hiking, cooking and playing with her dog, Coco.

Jennifer was born and raised in San Jose. She graduated from Foothill College’s Dental Assisting (1996) and Dental Hygiene programs (1998). She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University (1999) and a Master of Science in Education from CSU East Bay (2017). She has a passion for caring for patients and educating about the oral systemic link. Jennifer enjoys education so much she is also an adjunct faculty at Foothill College. She has been happily married to her husband for 10 years, and they share two little energetic boys.

Taylor is a dedicated registered dental assistant who is passionate about providing high-quality care and creating a comfortable experience for every patient. She loves her work and takes pride in helping people feel confident about their smiles. Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys fish keeping and horseback riding—two hobbies that bring her peace and balance. Whether she’s caring for her aquariums or spending time with horses, she values patience, responsibility, and attention to detail; qualities she also brings to her work every day.
